Mystery Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mystery purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or removed tags may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer another available option or a refund when applicable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
